Privacy Policy for God Slayer
GrowKing (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea and takes appropriate measures to protect the personal information of users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) of God Slayer and related services.
Through this Privacy Policy, the Company explains what information is collected, how it is used and protected, and how Users may exercise their rights.

1. Personal Information Collected
The Company collects only the minimum information necessary to provide its services.
(1) Game account and authentication
Depending on the login method selected by the User, the following information may be processed:
- Anonymous sign-in: Firebase user identifier (UID)
- Email sign-in: Email address or login identifier and Firebase user identifier (UID)
- Google Play Games sign-in: Google Play Games player identifier, Google Play Games player name, and Firebase user identifier (UID)
(2) Information automatically generated or collected during service use
- PID, UUID, IP address, advertising identifier, device information, operating system version, app version, language, country, approximate location, service usage records, login date and time, game progress, purchased items, purchase date, and purchase amount
(3) Customer support inquiries
- Required item: Email address
- Optional items: Name and other information voluntarily provided by the User in the inquiry
(4) Methods of collection
- Information provided or generated during app installation, account creation, authentication, gameplay, purchase processing, advertising interactions, analytics, and customer support inquiries
- Information received from an authentication provider selected by the User, including Google Play Games
(5) Right to refuse and consequences
Users may refuse to provide optional information without restriction on their use of the service. However, if a User refuses to provide information required for authentication or service operation, the Company may be unable to provide all or part of the service.
2. Purpose of Collection and Use
The Company uses personal information for the following purposes:
- User authentication, account creation, and account identification
- Saving and restoring game progress and providing account recovery support
- Providing and operating game services
- Processing purchases and preventing duplicate or fraudulent transactions
- Detecting and preventing fraudulent or unauthorized use
- Handling inquiries, complaints, and notices to Users
- Analyzing service usage, approximate location, and performance through services such as Firebase Analytics
- Improving service quality, stability, and user experience
- Providing advertisements, including personalized advertisements where permitted and consented to by the User
- Complying with applicable legal obligations and resolving disputes
3. Processing and Retention Period
The Company destroys personal information without delay when the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved. However, information may be retained for the following periods where necessary under Company policy or applicable law.
(1) Retention under Company policy
- Account and authentication information: Until the User deletes the account, withdraws from the service, or requests deletion
- Game progress and service usage information: Until the User deletes the account, withdraws from the service, or requests deletion, unless a shorter period applies
- Information related to fraudulent or unauthorized use: Until the applicable restriction, sanction, investigation, or dispute has ended
- Customer support inquiry records: Until the inquiry and any related dispute have been resolved, unless longer retention is required by law
(2) Retention required by applicable law
- Records concerning display and advertisements: 6 months under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce
- Records concerning contracts or withdrawal of subscriptions: 5 years under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce
- Records concerning payment and supply of goods or services: 5 years under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce
- Records concerning consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce
- Records of electronic ledger transactions, including sales, cancellations, and refunds: 5 years under applicable tax laws
- Service usage and access records: 3 months where required under applicable communications laws
- Approximate location information: 6 months where required or recommended under applicable location information laws
4. Entrusted Processing, Third-Party Provision, and Overseas Transfer
(1) Entrusted processing
To operate and improve the service, the Company may entrust the processing of information to service providers and requires them to protect the information appropriately.
Service provider: Google LLC (Firebase)
Purpose of processing:
- User authentication and account management
- Data storage and synchronization
- Service operation and stability monitoring
- Analytics and service quality improvement
- Fraud prevention and customer support
Information processed may include:
- Firebase user identifier (UID), login provider information, Google Play Games player identifier and player name, email address or login identifier where applicable, PID, UUID, IP address, device information, advertising identifier, service usage records, approximate location, login records, game progress, purchase information, and customer support information
(2) Third-party provision
The Company does not sell Users’ personal information and does not provide personal information to third parties beyond the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, except in the following cases:
1) The User has provided separate consent.
2) Provision is required by applicable law or requested by a court, investigative authority, or other competent authority in accordance with legally prescribed procedures.
3) Provision is necessary to protect the life, health, or property of the User or another person where obtaining prior consent is impracticable and permitted by law.
(3) Overseas transfer
To provide the service, information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the User’s country of residence.
- Recipient: Google LLC (Firebase)
- Country of transfer: United States and other countries in which Google or its service providers operate data-processing facilities
- Time and method of transfer: Transmitted securely over a network when authentication occurs or when service data is created or updated
- Information transferred: Firebase user identifier (UID), login provider information, Google Play Games player identifier and player name, email address or login identifier where applicable, PID, UUID, IP address, device information, advertising identifier, service usage records, approximate location, login records, game progress, purchase information, and customer support information
- Purpose of transfer: Authentication, account management, data storage, service operation, analytics, fraud prevention, service improvement, and customer support
- Retention period: Until the User deletes the account, withdraws from the service, or requests deletion, unless retention is required by applicable law
5. Google Play Games Sign-In Data
When a User chooses to sign in using Google Play Games, the Company may receive the following limited information through Google Play Games and Firebase Authentication:
- Google Play Games player identifier
- Google Play Games player name
- Firebase user identifier (UID)
The Company uses this information only for user authentication, account identification, saving and restoring game progress, account recovery, service operation, and prevention of fraudulent or duplicate accounts.
The Company does not access or use the User’s Google profile photo, Google Photos, contacts, email content, files, or other Google Account content through Google Play Games sign-in.
The Company does not use information obtained through Google Play Games sign-in for personalized advertising, does not sell it, and does not share it with third parties except with service providers necessary to provide authentication and operate the service or where required by law.
Google Play Games sign-in information may be processed and stored through Google LLC’s Firebase services and is retained until the User deletes the account, withdraws from the service, or requests deletion, unless longer retention is required by applicable law.
Users may request access to or deletion of information associated with Google Play Games sign-in by contacting the Company at growkingmaster@gmail.com.
6. Procedures and Methods for Destruction
(1) Destruction procedure
Personal information is destroyed without delay after the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. If a separate retention period has been agreed to or retention is required by law, the information is securely stored for the applicable period and then destroyed.
(2) Destruction method
- Electronic files are permanently deleted using technical methods designed to prevent recovery or reconstruction.
- Physical records, if any, are destroyed by shredding, incineration, or another secure method.
7. Rights of Users and How to Exercise Them
Users may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of the processing of their personal information, and may withdraw from the service or delete their account, subject to applicable law.
Users may exercise these rights by using an account deletion function provided in the game, where available, or by contacting the Personal Information Protection Officer by email. The Company may request reasonable information necessary to verify the identity of the requester and will take appropriate action without delay.
If a User requests correction of inaccurate information, the Company will not use or provide the affected information until the correction is completed. If inaccurate information has already been provided to a third party, the Company will notify the relevant third party of the correction where required.
Information deleted at the User’s request will be handled in accordance with Section 3 and will not be used for any other purpose, except where retention is required by law.
8. Automatic Data Collection and How to Opt Out
(1) Advertising identifiers and advertising services
The Company and its advertising partners may use advertising identifiers and device information to provide, measure, and improve advertisements, including personalized advertisements where permitted and consented to by the User.
Advertising and analytics service providers may include:
- Google AdMob
- Unity Ads
- Meta Audience Network
- AppLovin
Users may limit personalized advertising or reset or delete their advertising identifier through the privacy or advertising settings provided by their device operating system. Even when personalized advertising is disabled, non-personalized advertisements may still be shown.
(2) Analytics
The Company may use analytics services, including Firebase Analytics, to collect information about app usage, device characteristics, approximate location, crashes, and performance. Users may limit certain forms of collection through device privacy settings or permissions where those options are provided by the operating system.
(3) Device settings
- Android: Users may manage advertising privacy controls through Settings > Privacy > Ads or the corresponding Google settings available on their device.
- iOS: Users may manage tracking permission through Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and advertising preferences through Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising.
The exact menu names may vary depending on the device manufacturer and operating system version.
9. Security Measures
The Company takes reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal information, including:
- Administrative measures: Establishing and implementing internal privacy management procedures and limiting access to authorized personnel
- Technical measures: Managing access rights, using access controls, applying security updates, protecting communications, and maintaining security software where appropriate
- Physical measures: Restricting unauthorized access to facilities and devices used to process personal information

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
If this Privacy Policy is changed, the Company will notify Users through the Company website, an in-game notice, or another reasonable method at least 7 days before the effective date. Changes that materially affect Users’ rights or obligations will be announced at least 30 days before the effective date, unless a different notice period is required by law.
